Birthdays, christenings, naming days, family gatherings!
We offer private use of Bugs Play Cafe for 2 hours *Saturday afternoons *Sundays *or weekdays 3.30-5.30pm by request.
Party includes softplay admission, free adult admission, children’s party food and unlimited children’s crisps & squash.
We can also offer Bugs party invites!
Booking Essential, min 10-max 25 children, we have catered for 30+ with certain conditions.
Optional Party add-ons:
Adult party food e.g. sandwich platters, sausage rolls or scones
Little extras – Ice pops or Jelly & ice-cream
Bugs Cupcakes – Prior booking essential!
We can offer Allergy alternatives! Please ask, we will try to help.
Just bring the Birthday cake, party bags & yourselves, that’s all!
Party Payment
- The initial £50 deposit is due a month before party, this reserves the date/time for you (you have first refusal on your chosen date/time) and this deposit is non-refundable.
- Final payment will be payable at the end of the party & must be for the agreed number of children and adults.
- Any additional guests and/or cafe tabs must be paid at the end of the party.
- Final payments can be paid by cash or card payment.
- Your party is booked for 2 hours private hire, we need you and your guests to keep to the booked time as we have other bookings; over-running puts additional pressure on the staff as we need to clean the café. Therefore in the event of the party over-running, unfortunately a charge will be made.
